1. What is your turn-around time?
A. We strive to have a one week turnaround time for all prints. In many case we can get the print out to you within the same week of order if we have it in stock. If it's not in stock or we need to reprint it then we will try our hardest to keep that week turnaround. However, keep in mind that shipping times and holiday times we can't control so that may impact the delivery.
2. Do you do custom orders?
A. ABSOLUTLY! Custom orders are our favorites! Keep in mind that for custom orders we require a payment upfront for supplies and materials related to the custom job. Simple things like color changes normally can be waived. However, if there is a new model involved or 3d CAD work is needed then we will most likely require something upfront.
3. I broke my print will you replace it?
A. If the break comes from a failure in the printing process then yes, we will. However if the break comes from failure to properly care for the print then we will not. We work really hard to bring high quality prints to our customers, and to ensure they will not break easily through normal and even heavy use.
4. I just placed an order and I don't have a shipping confirmation?
A. We don't keep a large selection of prints in stock. Typically when items are ordered we print them for the order. This process is why your tracking information won't show up with in the first couple of days sometimes. If we have the prints already completed and in stock we will pull from stock; if not then we will print them FRESH!
5. I placed a custom order and it's not what I expected. Can I refund it?
A. While I understand that at times the art isn't exactly what you wanted it to be keep in mind that we go through a long process of providing image proofs and concepts before we purchase filament and spend the time it takes to print and paint the items. If you are not 100% satisfied with the design, please let us know before we print the part. If the part is just not up to spec with our standards of quality, we will refund it automatically. However, if it's not up to your expectation after you've approved the custom work there is not much we can do after that. If there were model purchases or special filament purchases and you cancel last minute before the print has been completed, then we will refund the remaining balance of what was paid after the materials and model costs are subtracted.
6. I just bought an item and I want it in a different color instead. Can I change it?
If you are at one of our events and you decide to change your mind on a specific color, and we have one in stock then absolutely we can swap that out for you. However, if we have to ship it to you then that will need to be a new purchase.
